Galileo Yachting recognizes the high level of service that Thai nationals bring and we are dedicated to training and supplying high caliber crew to the luxury yachting industry. Of-course we do accept all nationalities onto our courses.
Galileo Yachting operates an international training academy in Phuket, Thailand to give you the qualifications and training you need to join this exciting industry abroad. Our qualifications and certifications are recognized worldwide.
Employment After Training
With around 10,000 superyachts and 100,000 luxury yachts in the world there are plenty of jobs available. We give you all the tools, information and guidance needed for you to successfully find your placement. Graduates will generally find employment using a mixture of networking and using recruitment agencies, we teach how to do this in a successful manor. When Galileo Yachting has a request to crew a yacht, we use our graduates when possible.
Guideline of the benefits
• 80,000 Baht -> 240,000 Baht Per month, depending on experience and specific yacht
• Full time employment like any other industry.
• Most of the time it is normal working hours 8-> 5 and weekends off.
• 1 to 12 guests to attend to.
• Generous holiday allowance (4 to 6 weeks per year)
• Travel the world whilst living on a luxury yacht
• Accommodation and food on-board provided
Requirements for Training with Galileo Yachting
• Good Level of English (TOEIC Guideline 550+)
• Hospitality and Service orientated Mind-set.
• A happy and positive personality
• A pro-active and helping attitude
• A Hard working ethic
• Self-Motivating
• No background or experience necessary
